Information we collect

LSDetect may collect account details you provide, including your name, email address, company, support requests and license information. The desktop application stores inspection jobs locally unless a future cloud feature clearly states otherwise.

How information is used

We use account information to provide downloads, manage licenses, respond to support requests, secure the service and improve LSDetect.

Authentication and storage

Account authentication and database services are provided through Supabase. Passwords are handled by the authentication provider and are not stored in LSDetect application tables.

Your choices

You may request correction or deletion of your account information through the support page. Some records may be retained when required for security, billing or legal obligations.

Changes

This policy may be updated as LSDetect services develop. Material changes will be shown on this page.
